For this project, our scope included rooftop unit installs, ductwork, registers, grease hoods, and insulation with specified owner-furnished equipment. We excluded controls, wiring, demo, cleaning, roofing, commissioning, and structural work. No BIM or certification requirements. Installation warranty included; permit fees covered by general contractor.

Scope of Work:

• Demo and new ductwork

• 1 bypass box and ductwork

• Smoke detectors (installation only, furnished and wired by others)

• 3 rooftop exhaust fans

• 1 make-up air unit (MAU) and associated ductwork

• 4 rooftop units (demo and installation, furnished by owner)

• 1 grease hood demo and 2 new grease hood installs (furnished by owner)

• Registers, grilles, and diffusers

• Galvanized ductwork per SMACNA standards

• R6.0 duct insulation wrap

• 1-year labor and workmanship warranty

• General contractor building permit sign-on (fees paid by GC)
