All waste and vent piping to be SCH 40 PVC pipe and fittings.
All water piping to be copper pipe and fittings.

• Storage for fixtures to be reused
• Camera/Jetting
• Grease Traps
• Condensate from RTU’s or Freezer units
• Any Structural work of any kind.
• Any Housekeeping pads.
• Any Ceiling work of any kind.
• Any Fireproofing
• Any X-ray of any kind
• Any Painting.
• Any Concrete work of any kind
• Composite Labor, Broom sweep of floors & Dumpster charges.
• Drywall access doors for ceilings or walls.
• Protection of Fixtures & Equipment following installation.
• Buy America Act domestic requirement.
• Overtime, premium time, & shift work.
• Note: Opening of ceilings, walls, and floors by others

Any permits and/or fees to be paid by others. Price good for 30 days. After 30 days, if our prices increase, we will increase yours accordingly. Upon receiving a Letter of Intent, contract to follow within 15 days, to hold pricing. Price reflects work to be done Sunday - Thursday 10:00pm – 6:00am. No additional work to be performed without an approved change order. Any breaking and/or patching of floors or walls are not included in this scope of work. Removal of excess excavation materials of any type are not included in this scope of work. Water, quicksand, rock, environmental contamination, asbestos, or other unforeseen obstructions or subsurface soil conditions will constitute conditions above and beyond this scope of work. Additional cost in fore mentioned conditions shall be agreed upon in writing between Brighter Utilities Tampa Plumbing LLC dba B&B Professional Plumbing and Air and the General Contractor.

Payments are to be made in monthly draws within 29 days of each monthly request. In the event any payments are not made when due, including final payment, the General Contractor shall be liable for interest in an amount to 1.5% per month or the maximum legal rate permitted by law, accruing from the date the last payment became overdue.

No back charges or claims by the General Contractor shall be valid unless agreed to in writing by Brighter Utilities Tampa Plumbing LLC dba B&B Professional Plumbing and Air before the “back charge work” is executed. In the case of Brighter Utilities Tampa Plumbing LLC dba B&B Professional Plumbing and Air’s failure to meet any requirement of the subcontract agreement, the General Contractor shall notify Brighter Utilities Tampa Plumbing LLC dba B&B Professional Plumbing and Air of such default in writing and allow Brighter Utilities Tampa Plumbing LLC dba B&B Professional Plumbing and Air reasonable time to correct any deficiency.
