New Build Mechanical Project

For this project, our scope included fan installations, ductwork, insulation, thermostats, mini-split, and venting with select owner-furnished items. Our contract excluded electrical wiring, controls, demolition, fire safety systems, structural or roofing work, LEED, and commissioning. One-year warranty included for all work provided; permit fees handled by general contractor.

Scope of Work:

• Smoke detectors (furnished and wired by others)

• 6 rooftop exhaust fans

• 6 ceiling fans

• Condensate drain line

• Mini-split system

• Thermostats and temperature sensors

• Dryer box and roof vent

• Annunciation panel (furnished only; wired/installed by others)

• Registers, grilles, and diffusers

• Galvanized ductwork (SMACNA standards)

• R6.0 duct insulation wrap

• 1-year labor and workmanship warranty

• General contractor permit sign-on (fees by GC)
