Scope of Work:

• HVAC SYSTEMS: Furnish and Install (1) Trane Roof Top Units with 14” Roof Curbs. Cutting, patching and structural support by others. Furnish and Install (1) Smoke Detectors and (1) Thermostats per Print.
• DUCTWORK: Supply and Install Ductwork and Transitions, Round Ductwork to be Single Wall. Ductwork concealed from view to be Insulated with 1 ½ “thick fiberglass insulation. Flexible Ductwork not to exceed 6’ feet.
• GRILLS AND DIFFUSERS: Furnish and Install (23) Supply Air and Return Air diffusers per print.
• INSTALLATION AND PERMITS: Complete installation of the HVAC system by experienced, non-union workmen. Supervision and inspection are included.
• START-UP and AIR BALANCE: Start up to be done by B&B, A certified Air-Balance by an independent 3rd party is included.
