Scope of Work:

• 4 new rooftop exhaust fans (furnished and installed)

• 3 mini split units (installed, furnished by owner)

• 4 new ceiling exhaust fans (furnished and installed)

• 5 destratification fans (furnished and installed)

• 4 rooftop units (installed, furnished by owner)

  • 2 crane lifts
  • 1 RTU-5 relocation

• 1 curb adapter (furnished and installed)

• R6.0 duct insulation wrap

• Certified independent test and balance report

• Registers, grilles, and diffusers (furnished and installed)

• Galvanized ductwork per SMACNA standards (furnished and installed)

• 1-year labor, workmanship, and equipment warranty (B&B provided)

• General contractor’s building permit sign-on (fees by GC)
