HVAC Scope of Work:
HVAC SYSTEMS: Service 5 existing RTU’s and change filters. Install owner furnished thermostat replacement.
EXHAUST FANS: Furnish and Install (3) ceiling exhaust fans. Install (1) louver and (16) pieces of air distribution.
DUCTWORK: Supply and install rectangle ductwork and snap lock with 2” wrap. Add smoke detectors to supply drops.
INSTALLATION AND PERMITS: Complete installation of the HVAC system by experienced, non-union workmen. Supervision and inspection are included.
START-UP and AIR BALANCE: Start up to be done by B&B Professional Plumbing and Air. A certified Air-Balance by an independent 3rd party is included.
